Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field with 2 years of experience OR 6 years of equivalent experience.
• 2 years of management experience is required.
• Strong Office/Google skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Qlik.
• Understanding of Oracle ERP and other computer systems; willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RFID order management including entry, expediting, shipping inquiries, and resolution of issues.
• Train and develop staff; ensure annual goals are met and communicated.
• Provide pricing and inventory information to customers; monitor supply-chain issues.
• Coordinate regional strategy and team operating plan; act as a role model and change agent.
• Champion customer concerns and continuously improve service quality.
