Job summary

Falcomm is seeking a Senior RFIC Layout Engineer to drive physical implementation of RF and mmWave ICs in Atlanta. You will create high-quality IC layouts for RF front-end circuits, ensuring rules compliance and performance targets, collaborating with RFIC designers, verification, and fabrication teams.

The role emphasizes translating circuit designs into optimized layouts, meeting area and RF performance requirements, and supporting tape-out.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of RFIC or analog IC layout design.
• Willingness to work full-time onsite in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement layout for RF and analog ICs including amplifiers, mixers, oscillators, and supporting RF blocks.
• Translate schematics into optimized physical layouts meeting performance and area requirements.
• Ensure layouts comply with foundry design rules and support DRC, LVS, and parasitic extraction.
