Job summary

Qorvo, Inc. is seeking an experienced RFIC designer to develop RF LNA and switch modules for cellular applications. You will work on integration into multi-chip modules, optimize RF chains, and collaborate with customers on die deliverables.

The role requires a strong background in RF design, measurements, and simulations, with independence and the ability to meet tight schedules. You will contribute to layout best practices and analog block design as needed.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in RF and >5 years RFIC design experience.
• Experience designing RF front-end blocks for cellular applications.
• Strong background in RF layout, simulation and measurement techniques.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF LNA and RF switches for cellular applications.
• Support standalone LNA/modules and integration into a multi-chip module (MCM).
• Collaborate with internal module customers on die deliverables and RF chain optimization.
• Work with layout designers to apply RF layout best practices.
• Design analog blocks like Bandgap, LDO and Bias circuits as needed.
• Create test laminates and assist lab technicians with measurements and sim-vs-meas correlation.
• Perform peer reviews of designs and clearly communicate results.
• Meet aggressive development schedules.
