Job summary

Qualifications

• BSEE required; MSEE preferred with RF focus.
• 6+ years of switch/RF IC design experience.
• Proficiency with RF design tools (HFSS, Cadence, ADS).
• Experience simulating GaAs/Silicon/SiGe switches/LNA/RF ICs.
• Experience with laminates for switch/RF IC evaluation.
• Strong hands-on measurement skills (VNA, spectrum analyzers).
• Familiarity with EM simulators (Momentum, HFSS).
• Experience supporting remote engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Define switch/LNA/RF IC specifications with marketing and module teams.
• Design, layout and evaluate laminates for RF switches.
• Troubleshoot RF measurements and characterize devices.
• Collaborate to integrate RF ICs into modules and guide design tradeoffs.
• Develop production test plans and assist yield optimization.
• Support external model/tool providers and improve design predictability.
