Qualifications

• Proven RFIC design experience for production release.
• Experience with LNA and RF switch design in CMOS/BiCMOS.
• Strong background in RF design methodologies and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Perform RFIC design for LNA and switches in mobile wireless applications.
• Define product requirements with engineering and marketing managers.
• Create development plans including design, simulation, layout and verification testing; push to production release.
• Use RF measurement equipment and troubleshoot measurement issues.
• Document results and present findings to internal/external customers.
