Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in RF product development or test engineering lab.
• Demonstrated RF test and measurement skills.
• Experience with advanced test equipment and diagnostics.
• Ability to diagnose complex failures via multi-level analysis.
• Ability to train others and document procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain laboratory readiness for product development testing.
• Manage calibration, repair, and scheduling of test equipment.
• Lead in diagnosing hardware/software failures to minimize downtime.
• Oversee inventory and requisition of lab supplies.
• Support construction and validation of custom test systems and fixtures.
• Perform root-cause analysis at system, PCB, and component level.
• Develop documentation and improve lab procedures and workflows.
