Anduril Industries is seeking an RF Manufacturing Test Engineer to join the EW Manufacturing Team. You will own production test activities, troubleshoot complex hardware, and help meet throughput and quality standards for defense systems.

The role emphasizes automation, data analytics, and collaboration with Design, Quality, and Manufacturing teams. A Bachelor's in engineering and 5+ years in manufacturing test are required, with eligibility for a U.S. security clearance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience with emphasis on manufacturing test and product sustainment.
• Familiarity with Linux, Ubuntu, LabVIEW, and NixOS.
• Experience with contract manufacturers in the testing of PCBA/electronic assemblies.
• Familiarity with electronics test equipment such as power supplies, electronic loads, oscilloscope, function generators, spectrum analyzers, data acquisition and measurement sensors.
• Strong root cause analysis skills of non-conforming hardware.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

Mansioni

• Maintain ownership of test activities in production and ensuring production test flow.
• Maintain test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream from system level checkouts to component level validation.
• Improve and sustain existing test systems to improve automation and test coverage.
• Generate test work instructions and train technicians on equipment use.
• Develop library of common failure modes with troubleshooting guides.
• Determine root cause of product failures and recommend corrective actions (RCCA).
• Work with Design, Quality and Manufacturing Engineering teams on returns and failure analysis.
• Contribute feedback to early-stage test design for NPI.
• Analyze test data, document results, and provide detailed reports.
• Collaborate with design engineers to provide feedback for product enhancements.
• Optimize test strategies for efficiency, reduce test time while maintaining quality.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment for precision and reliability.
• Support continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
• Execute testing as required.
