Job summary

MACOM in Morgan Hill, CA seeks a Sr. Test Engineer to develop automated RF test systems, calibrate and debug test stations, and analyze test data for MACOM products. You will document procedures and collaborate with product engineering, yield, and R&D to ensure high-quality introductions of new products.

The role requires 5+ years in RF testing, strong teamwork, and experience with automated test solutions. U.S. Persons per ITAR regulations are required.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or Physics.
• Minimum 5 years in RF devices, testing, and test-station development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience designing automated test systems for hardware.
• U.S. Persons per ITAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated test systems for MACOM products.
• Calibrate, debug test stations and troubleshoot RF devices/modules.
• Analyze test data and write formal reports.
• Document new test procedures as required.
• Collaborate with product engineering, yield engineering and R&D for NPI and quality.
