MACOM, Lowell, MA, is seeking a Test Engineering Lead to head a 3–5 person team and drive RF and DC production test solutions from concept to production release.
The role demands mentoring engineers, solving complex test issues, and improving yield, quality, cost and test efficiency while collaborating with Product, Design, Operations and external partners across high-frequency systems up to 100 GHz and beyond.

The Test Engineering Lead is a hands-on semiconductor test engineering leadership role responsible for developing and supporting RF and DC production test solutions while leading a team of approximately 3-5 engineers. This role supports industry-leading semiconductor products spanning communications, data center infrastructure, microwave, and millimeter-wave applications operating at frequencies up to 100 GHz and beyond.
The ideal candidate is a strong engineer and practical technical leader who can drive test development from concept through production release, solve complex manufacturing test issues, and mentor engineers while improving yield, quality, cost, and test efficiency.

This position is eligible to receive restricted stock unit (RSU) awards and cash bonuses, solely at MACOM’s discretion, subject to individual and company performance.
The Salary Range for this position is $120,000 – $160,000. Actual salary offered to candidate will depend on several factors, including but not limited to, work location, relevant candidates’ experience, education, and specific knowledge, skills, and abilities.
