You will shape technical strategy, drive program execution, and mentor engineers to achieve schedule and technical performance.

The ideal candidate has a strong systems engineering background, leadership experience, and the ability to balance performance with budget and schedule constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams or large technical programs.
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, including requirements development, decomposition, and management.
• 12+ years of engineering experience developing or integrating complex systems involving hardware, software, RF, digital, analog, mechanical, or embedded technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and organizational leadership for a multidisciplinary engineering team across development programs and independent R&D initiatives.
• Lead workforce planning, recruiting, mentoring, succession planning, and career development.
• Ensure technical, schedule, cost, and quality objectives are achieved across development efforts.
• Guide systems engineering activities throughout the product lifecycle: requirements, architecture, integration, verification, release.
