Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering
• Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, practices and standards
• Proficiency in electrical design software and tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in the US defense industry
• Ability to obtain a US security clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering projects from conception to production support
• Design work including CCAs, cables, electrical subsystems and test equipment
• Write design disclosures, requirements documents and test plans
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Design and develop electrical systems and components
• Conduct feasibility studies and analyze technical requirements
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards and regulations
