The role requires DoD Secret clearance, hands-on experience with RF hardware, MATLAB, and C/C++ software, and the ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team onsite in Baltimore, MD. Primary salary range is $169,000 to $253,600 with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher STEM degree; 12+ years experience (or 10+ with Master’s, 8+ with PhD) and DoD Secret clearance eligibility.
• Strong RF hardware knowledge and experience with RF test equipment and signal processing.
• Experience in firmware/hardware integration and C/C++ software.
• Ability to work onsite in Baltimore, MD and lead cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead System Integration & Test (SIT) for RF sensor systems.
• Develop test strategies, plans, environments and objectives.
• Guide multi-disciplinary teams through integration hurdles and troubleshooting.
• Interface with design teams for root-cause resolutions and design reviews.
