Job summary

RTX seeks a Senior RF Systems Engineer in McKinney, Texas, to support integration and test of complex airborne RF sensor systems. You will work across hardware and software disciplines, develop and execute test plans, evaluate system functions, and verify requirements leading up to final sell-off.

You will build and exercise systems in the lab and field, analyze performance, and ensure flawless operation from power-on to delivery. This is a full-time, on-site role in McKinney, TX, requiring U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Radar Systems Engineering and Algorithm Development.
• Experience with Radar Receiver Architectures and Radar Mode Designs.
• Proficiency with MATLAB and C/C++.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.

• Support Maritime Radar Systems Product Lifecycle.

• Testing, Integration and Flight Testing.
• Perform Radar Mode Design.
• Conduct Design and Development of Radar Capabilities.

• Analyze Radar Test Data and predict performance.
• Interface with engineering teams across disciplines.
• Prepare mode design on Radar Systems.
