Job summary

RTX is seeking an RF Design Engineer II in McKinney, TX to contribute to radar and datalink product development on a tactical missile program. You will collaborate with senior engineers across design, fabrication, testing, and integration of RF Circuit Card Assemblies, with an onsite stay in McKinney, Texas.

The role offers growth through hands-on labs, image-referenced verification, and cross-disciplinary collaboration to meet stringent program goals and timelines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field.
• Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance required prior to start.
• Ability to obtain interim clearance prior to start with potential for special program access after start.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, and engineering documentation for RF circuit designs in CCAs.
• Lab environment: component characterization and CCA verification/testing.
• Conduct RF CCA/module checkout per the test plan and validate performance against requirements.
• Ensure compliance with technical performance standards and program requirements.
