Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems seeks an Electrical Engineer - Level 6 in Colorado Springs, CO, to lead the Radar IPT's multi-disciplinary design and development of RF/Analog subsystems. You will guide proposal strategies, manage subcontractors, and drive technical baselines across the program lifecycle.

The role requires a strong foundation in electrical/RF engineering, prior proposal experience, and the ability to travel up to 25% domestically. Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree with extensive experience or advanced degrees with years of experience.
• Experience architecting complex RF/Analog hardware systems.
• Experience supporting proposals and BOEs.
• Experience with cost contracts and subcontractor management.
• Experience on multiple design/development programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Program Management on proposal strategies and estimation.
• Develop subcontractor RFPs and evaluate responses.
• Develop labor BOEs and SOWs; establish roadmaps and timelines.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team through subsystem design, development, and integration.
• Oversee design efforts for PDR/CDR milestones and hardware architecture.
• Manage technical baselines and subcontractor technical leadership.
• Monitor KPIs across subsystems and coordinate RF lab testing.
