Job summary

Microwave Products Group Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH, is seeking an experienced RF Systems Engineer to design, develop, and validate RF systems and subsystems that meet performance, reliability, and manufacturability goals.

You will lead architecture development, perform system-level modeling, and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and program management to deliver innovative customer solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have RF system architecture experience and verification.
• Experience with RF/mixed-signal circuits and subsystem integration.
• Knowledge of EMI/EMC, thermal management, and environmental qualification.

Responsibilities

• Develop RF system architectures and subsystem specifications for performance, cost, and manufacturability.
• Design, simulate, and analyze RF/mixed-signal circuits including filters and amplifiers.
• Perform system-level modeling, trade studies, and performance optimization.
• Define validation and compliance test plans to verify reliability.
• Collaborate with RF, PCB, and Mechanical designers to optimize layout and producibility.
• Troubleshoot across product lifecycle including schematics, PCB, assembly, and test.
• Support proposals with technical solutions and architecture concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
