Job summary

Microwave Products Group - Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH is seeking a Test Engineer to support engineering and manufacturing with efficient RF test solutions. You will design RF test fixtures, review testing processes, and contribute to automating development and production tests using LabVIEW.

The role requires hands-on RF experience, ability to read schematics, and collaboration with engineers, technicians, and operators.

Qualifications

• BSEE or BSEET from an accredited college and 5+ years of relevant RF experience.
• Experience with RF test equipment (network analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators).
• Ability to read schematics and work collaboratively with engineers, technicians, and operators.
• US Person (citizen or green card) in West Chester, OH area.

Responsibilities

• Design RF architectures including test fixtures, racks, and test benches.
• Review and optimize current testing processes with engineers and technicians.
• Support Automated Test Equipment (ATE) standardization for engineering and production.
• Develop automated solutions for development and production testing using LabVIEW.
• Develop test plans, procedures, and test instructions.
• Perform testing, collect data, and document findings for DVT and qualification.
