Job summary

Microwave Products Group – Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH, is hiring a Test Engineer to support design and implementation of RF test solutions for engineering and production. You will develop automated tests with NI LabVIEW and help standardize ATE across projects.

The role requires hands-on experience in RF environments, ability to read schematics, and a collaborative approach with engineers and technicians. Local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Person with BSEE or BSEET and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with RF based systems and RF test equipment required.
• Reading schematics and hands-on manufacturing/engineering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design RF architectures including test fixtures, racks, and test benches.
• Develop automated test solutions using NI LabVIEW.
• Support standardization of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for engineering and production.
• Review and optimize current testing processes.
• Perform testing, collect data, and document findings.
• Support DVT, qualification activities, and system integration testing.
