Job summary

Alpine Solutions Group in Torrance, CA seeks a hands-on Senior RF Engineer to lead the design, development and production of high‑performance wireless/RF systems for autonomous platforms. You will own RF architecture, select components, test and troubleshoot while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating across hardware, firmware and software teams.

Requirements include 5+ years of RF hardware design, a BSEE (MSEE preferred), end‑to‑end RF design experience, and proficiency with ADS/HFSS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of RF hardware design experience.
• End-to-end RF design from antenna to radio interface.
• Experience with RF simulation tools (ADS, HFSS).
• Experience leading RF projects and mentoring engineers.
• Familiarity with DFM/DFT and RF verification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and production of high-performance wireless/RF systems.
• Own RF architecture, component selection, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with hardware, firmware, and software teams.
• Drive RF verification and validation throughout the product lifecycle.
