RTX in Tucson, AZ seeks a Senior RF Design Engineer to lead the design of antenna, radome, and RCS ranges/chambers. You will guide cross-disciplinary teams, define requirements, and manage technology roadmaps to enable modernization.

The role requires a BS in a STEM field with 5+ years related experience and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance. Onsite work in Tucson, AZ is required.

Competenze

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience including antenna/radome testing in a chamber or test range.
• Experience with operation of antenna, radome, and/or RCS chamber/range and with antenna/sensor measurement theory and range operation.
• Ability to obtain INTERIM U.S. government security clearance before start date.

Mansioni

• Develop antenna, radome, advanced sensor systems, and/or RCS ranges/chambers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to define, analyze, simulate, implement, and evaluate requirements for ranges and chambers including test equipment.
• Oversee implementation of new ranges/chambers and coordinate with suppliers.
