Job summary

KBR, Inc. in Huntsville, Alabama seeks a Senior RF Engineer (RF SME) to provide expert radar and RF guidance for DoD and IC programs. You will conduct all-source analyses, build radar models, assess performance, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for senior decision-makers.

This leadership role directs multidisciplinary teams, mentors engineers, and delivers technical briefings and reports. Requires 15+ years in RF/radar, and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or closely related field.
• 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in RF engineering or radar systems.
• Experience in all-source scientific and technical intelligence analysis.
• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior RF and radar SME for complex analyses of foreign air defense and weapon systems.
• Lead large, multidisciplinary technical programs and teams.
• Develop and apply radar system modeling and simulation.
• Advise DoD/IC sponsors on risks, capabilities, and findings.
• Prepare technical briefings and authoritative reports for senior audiences.
• Mentor engineers and analysts and deliver radar training.
