Job summary

KBR is seeking a Sr. Radar Analysis Engineer to join our Missile, Aviation, and Ground Systems team in Huntsville. You will analyze radar data from simulations and live events, perform data reduction, and deliver clear analyses to the Government and SME teams.

The role requires a strong background in radar systems, AESA hardware, and programming (C/C++, MATLAB, Python), with DoD processes experience and the ability to travel as needed. US citizenship and an active Secret clearance are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering or related STEM field with 8+ years of experience or Master with 6+ years.
• Demonstrated expertise of AESA radar hardware, radar architecture and signal processing.
• Familiarity with DoD systems engineering processes and SME support to customers.
• Working knowledge of C, C++, MATLAB, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Analyze radar data from modeling, simulation, and live events.
• Perform data reduction and generate analysis outputs.
• Interface with Government customer and contractor SMEs on regular basis.
• Develop competency in data reduction software and related tools.
