You will lead the design of advanced RF power amplifier platforms for cellular and WiFi, using SOI, GaAs, and other processes, coordinating with Murata and pSemi management to push PA capabilities forward. The role demands deep knowledge of RFIC design, RF test, and mass production readiness, including envelope tracking and high‑frequency PA development.

Qualifications

• Typically 15+ years of RF FEM product development.
• 5+ years of GaAs-based power amplifier development.
• 5+ years in mobile PA/transmitter development.
• Experience with envelope tracking (ET) PA for mobile applications.
• Experience with GaAs HBT, CMOS-SOI, SiGe, GaN process nodes.
• Strong lab RF testing and characterization experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop novel architectures for high-performance RF Power Amplifiers and transmit chains.
• Be company-wide technical authority on RF Power Amplifiers.
• Drive R&D investment strategy, portfolio prioritization and executive technical decisions for RF Power Amplifiers.
• Provide technical leadership of advanced PA platforms for cellular and WiFi front ends.
• Lead PA design across multiple process technologies and envelope tracking.
• Collaborate with multiple technical teams across pSemi and Murata.
• Mentor Senior Staff and Staff Engineers.
• Document design information for education and guidance.
• Work with characterization/test engineers to define and analyze performance data.
• Define, develop and ramp production ATE solutions.
