Qualifications

• Typically 15+ years of RF FEM product development.
• More than 5 years of direct GaAs-based PA development experience.
• Experience with envelope tracking (ET) PA for mobile applications.
• Hands-on design of efficient, linear PAs 600 MHz–20 GHz.
• IC fabrication knowledge and layout impact on RF performance.
• Tape-out experience and RFIC lab debugging expertise.
• Strong collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop novel architectures for high-performance RF Power Amplifiers and transmit chains.
• Be company-wide technical authority on RF Power Amplifiers.
• Drive R&D investment strategy and executive technical decisions for PA.
• Lead advanced PA platform design for cellular and WiFi front ends.
• Collaborate with multiple teams across pSemi and Murata on PA technologies.
• Mentor Senior Staff and Staff Engineers.
• Document design information to educate others on novel techniques.
• Characterize product performance with engineers and test data.
• Ramp production ATE solutions and support field issues.
