Job summary

pSemi Corporation, a Murata company, seeks a senior RF Power Amplifier architect with 12+ years in RF FEM PA development. You will lead architectures for cellular and Wi‑Fi front‑ends, guide cross-functional teams, and drive PA technologies from concept to production.

This role requires deep RFIC/PA expertise, multiple technology node experience (GaAs HBT, CMOS-SOI, SiGe, GaN), and hands-on measurement and characterization skills to optimize performance, cost and manufacturability.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum of 12+ years in RF FEM PA product development with GaAs-based PA experience.
Experience with envelope tracking (ET) PA for mobile applications.
Hands-on RFIC design, layout in multiple nodes (GaAs HBT, CMOS-SOI, SiGe, GaN).
Demonstrated successful IC tape-outs and production ramp.

Responsibilities

Lead development and technical evaluation of novel PA architectures for high-performance RF power amplifiers.
Provide technical leadership for PA platforms across cellular and Wi‑Fi,architecture tradeoffs, and risk resolution.
Drive PA design across process technologies including envelope tracking.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering teams on PA technologies.
Mentor engineers and document design methodologies for product robustness.
Support product documentation, characterization, and production ATE development.
