Qualifications

• Typically requires 12+ years in RF FEM product development with expert‑level PA know‑how.
• 5+ years GaAs‑based PA development experience.
• Experience with ET PA for mobile applications and wide frequency ranges.
• Hands‑on RFIC design, layout, and measurement skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and evaluation of novel RF PA architectures and transmit chains.
• Provide technical leadership across PA platforms for cellular and Wi‑Fi front‑ends.
• Drive PA design across multiple process technologies and modulation schemes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to align design decisions and resolve issues.
• Shape long‑term PA roadmaps, prototypes, and production ramp plans.
• Mentor engineers and document advanced design techniques for broader reuse.
