Qualifications

• 12+ years in RF FEM product development or equivalent
• More than 5 years with GaAs-based PA development
• Experience designing ET PA for mobile apps
• Hands-on RFIC design, layout and test experience
• Knowledge of RF measurement metrics (ACP/ACLR, EVM, IP3, NF)
• Proven tape-outs and full product life cycle experience
• Ability to influence cross-functional decisions and mitigate risk
• Strong documentation clarity and communication skills
• Experience with RFIC lab measurements and characterization

Responsibilities

• Lead development and evaluation of novel RF PA architectures and transmit chains.
• Provide technical leadership for PA platforms across cellular and Wi‑Fi front-ends.
• Drive PA design across process technologies including envelope tracking.
• Collaborate with pSemi and Murata teams to align design decisions.
• Guide long-term architectural roadmaps for PA platforms.
• Lead PA proof-of-concept prototypes and transition to high-volume products.
• Mentor engineers and disseminate advanced design practices.
• Document design techniques and educate others on usage.
• Work with test and production teams to improve yield and reliability.
