Job summary

pSemi Corporation, a Murata company, seeks an experienced Principal Engineer to lead RF Power Amplifier architecture and PA platform development for cellular and WiFi front ends in Arlington Heights, IL. You will drive advanced PA techniques across multiple processes and mentor senior staff within a focused RF team.

Qualifications

15+ years RF FEM product development experience.
GaAs-based PA development experience required.
Strong background in ET PA design for mobile apps.
Hands-on RFIC design with multiple tech nodes (GaAs HBT, CMOS-SOI, SiGe, GaN).
Excellent documentation and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead design of advanced RF power amplifier platforms for cellular/WiFi.
Develop novel PA architectures and co-design/co-simulation of active/passive circuitry.
Drive R&D strategy and executive technical decision support for PA.
Mentor Senior Staff and Staff Engineers; document designs clearly.
Coordinate with multiple teams to deliver high-volume PA products.
