Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and 5+ years of RF experience.
• Strong RF knowledge including link budget analysis and linearity.
• Experience modeling and simulating antenna/phased array performance.
• Experience delivering RF systems from requirements to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RF product development from architecture to flight.
• Model and simulate array performance.
• Coordinate with RF, digital, power, mechanical, thermal, and structural engineers.
• Develop test plans for active antennas including EIRP and G/T.
