You will mentor staff, collaborate across pSemi and Murata, and drive PA technology roadmaps for cellular and Wifi front ends. The position emphasizes high-performance PA concepts, co-design, and mass production readiness, with a focus on novel architectures

Qualifications

• 15+ years in RF FEM product development.
• 5+ years GaAs-based PA development.
• 5+ years mobile PA/transmitters development.
• Envelope tracking (ET) PA for mobile applications.
• IC design knowledge and RFIC testing experience.
• Extensive IC tape-out experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop novel architectures and PA transmit chains using co-design and co-simulation.
• Be company-wide technical authority on RF Power Amplifiers.
• Lead R&D strategy and cross-functional collaboration for PA technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor Senior Staff and Engineers.
• Document design information and support production ramp.
