Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering with RF & Microwave emphasis or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in RF, microwave, or mm-wave subsystem design.
• Strong fundamentals in EE and RF/microwave principles.
• Proficiency with microwave modelling and simulation tools (1D/2.5D/3D).
• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated creativity for innovative engineering solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills across projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership from concept to production for RF/mm-wave designs.
• Develop novel signal-conditioning solutions across cutting-edge platforms.
• Validate electromagnetic models and act as SME for design challenges.
• Define test strategies; lead characterization, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical direction within multidisciplinary teams and mentor engineers.
• Partner with manufacturing to prototype and transition to high-volume production.
• Identify emerging technologies and contribute to long-term innovation.
