Job summary

Veracity Ventures Inc. is seeking an RF/Microwave Design Engineer to join its mm-Wave Subsystems Design Group in Santa Rosa, CA. The role focuses on advancing millimeter-wave front-end products for AI/ML, 5G/6G, automotive radar, and aerospace applications.

You will own or support RF/microwave design activities from concept through production. The ideal candidate combines an EE foundation with hands-on EM simulation, RF hardware development, and prototype characterization, plus experience with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related field, emphasis on RF/microwave design, or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong foundation in electrical engineering, electronics, and RF/microwave principles.
• Proficiency with microwave modeling and simulation tools.
• Experience with 1D, 2.5D, and 3D electromagnetic simulators.
• Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Creativity to develop innovative technical solutions.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage engineering resources.
• Ability to work onsite in Santa Rosa, California, five days per week.
• Must meet work authorization; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Design RF/microwave signal-conditioning components from concept to production.
• Develop electromagnetic models and validate prototypes.
• Troubleshoot hardware and collaborate with manufacturing partners.
• Apply practical simulation, measurement, and debugging skills to RF hardware.
• Contribute to new product architecture within the mm-Wave subsystems group.
