Keysight is seeking an experienced RF/Microwave Design Engineer to join Keysight Labs' mm-Wave Subsystems Design Group in Santa Rosa, CA. You will lead architecture and design from concept to production, ensuring performance, manufacturability, and reliability across next-generation RF/mm-wave products.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, develop advanced electromagnetic models, and define robust test strategies.

Competenze

• BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering with RF/Microwave focus.
• 8+ years of RF, microwave, or mm-wave subsystem design experience.
• Strong foundation in electrical engineering and RF/microwave principles.
• Deep proficiency with microwave modeling and simulation tools.
• Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated creativity and ability to generate innovative technical solutions.
• Experience with design verification and manufacturing transition.
