Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Santa Rosa, CA, seeks a senior engineer to shape RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave microcircuit testing and manufacturing. You will own test methods, collaborate with design, software, and manufacturing teams, and drive production readiness from prototypes to full-scale production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with RF, microwave, and analog theory.
• 8+ years of relevant engineering experience; seven+ years considered.
• Strong knowledge of analog, RF, and microwave circuits with hands-on testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead microcircuit test development from early prototypes to production.
• Influence RF, microwave, and mmWave designs for manufacturability and yields.
• Support prototype development and evaluate microcircuit performance against specs.
• Design, develop, implement, and transfer mmWave products and test processes into production.
• Troubleshoot complex analog and RF issues using schematics and lab measurements.
• Refine test methods to reduce uncertainty and increase throughput.
• Incorporate DFx principles across project phases and automate tests.
• Define test requirements and collaborate with software to validate tests.
• Create and maintain test system diagrams and documentation.
• Develop and maintain Test Support Documents (TSDs) for all microcircuit tests.
• Assist transfers to other sites by documenting processes and training engineers.
• Serve as a technical resource for microcircuit testing across cross-functional teams.
