Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 10 years in electronics assembly and testing with proven excellence.
• Ability to read schematics and drawings.
• Experience soldering and cable assembly.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and adapt quickly.
• Space-qualified construction and testing techniques proficiency preferred.
• RF/microwave test equipment experience and test fixture handling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot product test failures to component level and identify root causes.
• Generate NCRs for production test issues.
• Support Product Engineers in resolving production-related issues.
• Assist operators with testing and troubleshooting production hardware.
• Perform failure analysis using strong troubleshooting techniques.
• Operate RF/Microwave test equipment and fixtures.
