Microwave Power Products, Inc. is seeking an RF Manufacturing Technician Lead to manage daily production and mentor technicians in a precision RF environment. You’ll troubleshoot complex RF equipment, coordinate with Engineering and Quality, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety and schedule adherence.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to translate technical knowledge into reliable production execution in a high‑voltage RF setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing, production, test, electronics or RF environments.
• Experience leading or mentoring technical staff.
• Hands-on RF systems, test equipment, and high-power electronics.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities and prioritize work to meet schedules.
• Provide technical and day-to-day leadership to technicians.
• Troubleshoot equipment, processes, and production issues on the line.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain to resolve problems.
• Ensure safety, accuracy, and adherence to procedures.
