Job summary

The TemPositions Group of Companies is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team focused on high-performance RF and microwave products, guiding the transition from development to full-scale production.

You will oversee RF/microwave test development, production fixtures, validation, qualification, and essential technical documentation while collaborating with electrical, mechanical, CAD, and quality teams to meet timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7–10+ years of engineering experience, including leadership of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong RF and microwave testing and measurement knowledge.
• Experience with RF test equipment (network analyzers, power meters, spectrum analyzers).
• Proficiency with CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and EMI/EMC practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering activities transitioning products from development to production.
• Oversee design, development, and validation of RF/microwave test fixtures and boards.
• Develop test strategies, plans, and documentation; ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to verify functionality and performance.
