Eridan, headquartered in Sunnyvale, California, seeks a Manager of RF Hardware Systems Engineering to lead system-level design for our radio products. The role combines hands-on RF hardware work with technical leadership, mentoring a small team, and delivering rigorous specifications across hardware, software, and manufacturing.

You will own architecture, drive cross‑subsystem integration, and coordinate with hardware, software, and test teams to ensure production‑readiness and robust, scalable

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering or Systems Engineering.
• 5+ years in RF systems engineering with leadership aspirations.
• Hands-on RF design from schematic to PCB for transceiver architectures.
• Proven hardware lifecycle from prototype to production-ready designs.
• Translate customer requirements into engineering deliverables and drive co-development.
• Strong cross-functional communication and assertiveness in design reviews.
• 5G radio hardware experience including ORAN, small cell, or macro architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture, integration, and verification; lab work and issue resolution.
• Mentor 2–3 direct reports and guide their careers.
• Drive hardware-software alignment; translate hardware decisions to firmware requirements.
• Define design protocols and ensure production readiness and robust processes.
