RF Hardware Engineers (From Mid-Principal Level), Torrance, LA, Between 140-260K (depending on experience)

Multiple RF Hardware Engineers sought for a fast-growth deep-tech company building advanced hardware and software systems for complex, mission-critical environments. Their technology is used in demanding real-world applications where reliability, performance and speed of deployment really matter. The team brings together expertise across embedded systems, software, networking and hardware, and is continuing to grow as its technology moves into increasingly sophisticated customer environments.

In this role, you will take end-to-end technical ownership of advanced wireless, frequency conversion, and front-end hardware platforms - guiding products through the complete lifecycle from architectural trade studies and board-level design to qualification, vehicle integration, and full-rate production. Working closely with cross-functional software, FPGA, and mechanical engineers, you will bridge the gap between high-level link budgets and physical, space-hardened hardware.

We are seeking a seasoned RF design engineer who balances rigorous analytical modeling with hands-on bench testing and board design. You thrive in fast-paced flight hardware development cycles, possess a deep command of microwave circuit design, and take pride in delivering highly reliable electronics built for harsh operational environments.

Candidates will be able to bring experience across:

• PCB design - schematicc capture, high frequency stackup and layout routing
• Designing, matching and characterizing RF front-ends, transceiver chains, frequency converters, LNAs, power amplifiers, mixers, phase-locked loops, and data converters (ADCs/DACs)
• Conducting electromagentic and circuit simulation suites (Keysight ADS, Ansys) to model signal integrity, s-parameters
• Robust experience designing circuitry in RF bands across frontend and conversion chains
• Experience with test instruments (oscilloscopes, power supplies, VNAs,
• spectrum analyzers)
