Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC seeks a technically minded marketing professional to drive RF semiconductor product strategy and portfolio management. Based in a major U.S.

engineering hub, you will interact with engineering, quality, operations, and commercial teams to shape future offerings and support new product introductions. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in semiconductor engineering or technical product roles, with strong RF/microwave knowledge and proven customer-facing experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor engineering, product marketing, product management, or similar technical role
• Strong understanding of RF and microwave semiconductor technologies
• Experience with GaN, MMIC, power amplifiers, or related RF products
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, testing, reliability, and qualification processes
• Demonstrated experience supporting customer-facing activities and technical sales initiatives
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Experience launching and commercializing new technology products
