Job summary

GlobalFoundries in Santa Clara is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead the RF product line's day-to-day and strategic activities, including demand planning, supply management, and revenue management.

You will partner with Sales, CDP, and fab teams to optimize loading, track KPIs, and drive design wins, tape-out revenue, and pricing initiatives. This role is in a new team serving RF, wireless, and satcom markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in semiconductor industry; RF semiconductor and/or foundry experience a plus.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
• Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and industry dynamics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results within tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Forecast demand and plan monthly PL forecast by customer and device level.
• Collaborate with fab planning and sales to optimize loading to the fab.
• Manage monthly revenue and POs; track risks and opportunities.
• Track design wins and tape-out revenue; report KPIs and actions.
• Support opportunity-based pricing requests, RFQs and pricing initiatives.
• Develop KPIs and provide leadership with performance insights.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and lean processes.
