Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry; RF foundry experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis tools (Excel/Power BI).
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Demand forecasting and planning with monthly PL forecast accuracy targets.
• Collaborate with fab planning and Sales to optimize loading and profitability.
• Attend monthly forecast meetings and drive action items for revenue and POs.
• Track design wins, tape-out revenue, and update PL management.
• Support pricing initiatives and RFQ responses; analyze KPIs and performance.
