Job summary

Fruition Group US in San Jose is seeking an experienced RF Engineering Lead to take technical ownership across advanced RF and microwave product development. This is a hands-on leadership role for an engineer with deep experience across RF switches, LNAs, MMICs and spectrum analysis.

The successful candidate will drive architecture, design and production readiness from concept through NPI and production, mentoring a high-performing team and acting as a senior technical authority.

Qualifications

• Strong RF/Microwave engineering background.
• Experience with MMIC design and GaAs/GaN technologies.
• Deep understanding of RF switches, LNAs and amplifier architectures.
• Hands-on experience with RF test equipment and spectrum analysers.
• Proven experience taking RF products through NPI → qualification → production.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring RF engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead RF engineering across switches, LNAs, amplifiers and advanced microwave components.

• Own technical delivery through NPI, qualification and production release.

• Act as a senior technical authority across RF architecture, design and product development.
