Job summary

Broadcom in San Jose, CA is seeking an experienced RF System Engineer to lead front-end module development for 5G and Wi‑Fi devices. You will design, test, and optimize highly integrated RF modules and contribute to state-of-the-art FEM architecture and semiconductor processes.

The role requires 8+ years in wireless RF, strong measurement skills, and proficiency with MATLAB, Python, and C#. You will work in a fast-paced team environment with opportunities for equity and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is required.
• Experience in wireless RF areas is required.
• Proficiency with RF test equipment for power amplifier characterization.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and conduct experiments for module performance characterization.
• Design, bring up, and troubleshoot measurement setups.
• Lead module debugging, tuning, and optimization.
• Collect, analyze, and report DoE findings.
