Job summary

Broadcom Inc. seeks an RF Hardware Engineer to collaborate with design, integration, test and qualification teams in developing cutting-edge RF switches and filters for wireless front-end modules.

You will model, characterize, and test SOI and FBAR/SAW devices, build automated test setups, and drive high-volume manufacturing robustness. You will contribute to 3D EM simulations, RF yield analyses and data-driven feedback to global teams, leveraging Python/MATLAB for automation and analytics.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Engineering with 6+ years of RF front end experience.
• Strong RF/EM engineering and semiconductor physics knowledge.
• Proficiency with RF modeling tools and test equipment; automation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop RF characterization setups and automation tools for switches, resonators, filters and front-end modules.
• Perform design and synthesis of RF filters using FBAR technologies and create models for high-Q resonators.
• Conduct 3D EM co-simulation, yield/tolerance analysis and contribute to design for high-volume manufacturing.
