Job summary

You will integrate PA, switches, filters and PCB, build methodologies to predict stack performance and automate workflows. The role requires 6+ years in RF power amplifier or RFIC design, a MS or PhD, and proficiency with ADS, Cadence Virtuoso and HFSS.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Engineering with RF power amplifier focus.
• 6+ years of related experience in RFIC/RF systems.
• Solid understanding of transceiver architectures and RF front-end chains.
• Proficiency with AI coding agents to boost development efficiency.
• Strong problem-solving to debug and correlate simulations with lab data.
• Experience with ADS, Cadence Virtuoso, HFSS and EM tools is preferred.
