Broadcom Inc. in the United States is seeking a senior RF engineer to develop front-end modules for wireless systems, including LTE, LTE-Advanced, NR 5G, and Wi‑Fi, with emphasis on power amplifiers, envelopes tracking, and linearity.
You will design experiments, bring up measurement setups, lead module debugging and optimization, and analyze DoE findings as part of a fast-paced project team.
Join this team focused on developing leading-edge solutions for the current and emerging wireless RF market. Develop innovative RF front-end modules for standards such as W-CDMA, HSDPA/HSUPA, LTE, LTE-Advanced, NR 5G, and Wi‑Fi to shape the next‑generation product family. You will be an integral part of a winning project team designing highly integrated modules, responsible for hardware development and optimization.

The annual base salary range for this position is USD 121,900.00 To USD 195,000.00
