Job summary

Lyntris is a defense technology company seeking a Senior RF Engineer. The role is full-time with hybrid/on-site work depending on program needs and up to 50% travel. You will own RF architecture, modeling, verification, and productization across radar and sensor systems.

You will work with antennas, transceivers, calibration, signal processing, and system integration to deliver reliable performance in demanding environments. Strong RF background and multi-disciplinary collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or closely related technical discipline.
• 12+ years of RF/microwave experience or 10+ years with relevant master's degree.
• Experience designing, analyzing, integrating, testing, or transitioning RF/microwave subsystems for radar or sensors.
• Hands-on RF lab experience and disciplined debug, calibration, and test methods.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into RF subsystem requirements, budgets, interfaces, and verification methods.
• Develop and mature RF architectures for radar and sensor systems including antennas and feeds.
• Evaluate performance, conduct trades, ensure producibility, and manage risk across lifecycles.
• Plan and execute RF verification, test plans, calibration, and field and lab activities.
• Lead technical leadership, mentoring, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
