Lyntris, a defense technology company, seeks a Senior RF Engineer in New Jersey. You will architect, analyze, design, integrate and verify RF/microwave subsystems for radar and sensor products, and drive production readiness with manufacturing and suppliers.

The role demands deep RF expertise, hands-on lab experience, and the ability to work across design, test and field deployment in a hybrid environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 12+ years of RF or microwave engineering experience.
• Experience designing RF subsystems for radar or sensors.
• Hands-on RF lab instrumentation experience.
• Active US security clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsabilidades

• Translate requirements into RF subsystem requirements, budgets and interfaces.
• Develop RF architectures for radar and sensor systems and calibration functions.
• Lead RF verification strategies, test plans and reports.
• Partner with manufacturing and suppliers for production readiness.
• Provide technical leadership and customer-facing briefings.
