Job summary

Corner Alliance is seeking an RF Engineering Support specialist with 10+ years of experience to support a nationwide public safety broadband network. You will analyze RF propagation, run drive tests, and develop RF maps while coordinating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include POR analysis, GIS validation, and producing reports and dashboards. Remote work with client-site engagements as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years' experience supporting nationwide or multi-state wireless networks, incl. RAN and core networks.
• Hands-on RF studies and analyses of coverage, capacity and performance.
• Experience with drive-test data validation and comparison with predicted coverage.
• Proficiency with GIS and RF tools (InfoVistaPlanet, ESRI ArcGIS, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Perform POR analysis with coverage and capacity statistics and shapefiles in ESRI.
• Conduct raster and vector file consistency checks across .grd and .shp data using ESRI ArcGIS Pro and InfoVistaPlanet; prepare reports.
• Execute drive test analysis; compare measured samples to predicted on-air coverage; compute RF metrics.
• Develop RF map products to visualize measured vs. predicted coverage and create market maps.
• Perform on-air coverage and capacity assessments state-by-state and nationally; verify against AT&T statistics.
• Compare on-air results to the latest POR statistics and produce detailed analyses.
• Provide state commitment analysis by reviewing deliverables and traceability; assess RF coverage against commitments.
• Support development of network measurement reports, dashboards, and white papers on 4G/5G deployment and usage.
• Maintain detailed documentation and communicate findings to client SMEs and federal staff.
• Analyze large datasets monthly/quarterly using big data platforms to verify data integrity and compliance.
